Alien Press (imprint) is a small independent publisher originating in Melbourne, Australia, but now situated in southern France.​
​
Andre Jones - along with his alter egos AA Jones and AJ Gordon - were all born in Wollongong, NSW Australia but now resides in southern France with Morag, his Scottish wife, and two dogs, Gordon and Ally.​
​
As a child he devoured the works of Enid Blyton, Tolkien, McCaffrey, Asimov, Heinlein and Bradbury, just to name a few.
​
Later, he got lost in the many varied role playing games (RPGs), including Dungeons and Dragons, MERP, GURPS, Skyrealms of Jorune, Pathfinder and Traveller. He also spent far too much time in videos games like Skyrim.

Meet Andre ...
Andre wore many hats including Security Officer, Police Officer, Park Ranger and finally a Petty Officer in the Royal Australian Navy for 18+ years (sadly, his roleplaying stopped there for far too long).
​
Now a retired Navy Veteran, retirement has provided the opportunity to write, roleplay, draw and potter. As mentioned, he also writes books under various pseudonyms: AA Jones for his children's books, and AJ Gordon for his science fiction.
